What is the project goal?
For the New Student Orientation recruitment campaign, the objective was to create a series of visually engaging posters to attract potential Orientation Advisors. The key focus was to ensure these posters were not only eye-catching but also carried a fun and vibrant aesthetic to resonate with a college campus environment, where standing out is crucial.
The design and marketing approach was based on a cohesive theme inspired by music and music posters, aligning with a broader design system and strategy. This theme aimed to connect with students' interests and evoke a sense of energy and enthusiasm, making the recruitment process more appealing and engaging. Ultimately, the goal was to generate excitement and interest in becoming an Orientation Advisor, contributing to a successful recruitment drive.
